Sound familiar?

A week without a face.

Seven days in the life of a brand that still makes content the old way.

  1. Monday, 7:14 AM

You open Instagram. Your last post was six days ago. Your competitor posted twice yesterday. You close the app and tell yourself you'll shoot something this week.

  2. Tuesday, 2:30 PM

The UGC creator you paid $400 last month finally sends the video. Her kitchen. Her lighting. Her vibe. Your product is on screen for four seconds. You post it anyway. It's what you have.

  3. Wednesday, 11:47 PM

A DM comes in: "where can I buy this?" You're asleep. You see it at 8 AM. You reply. They bought from someone else at 12:15.

  4. Thursday, 9:00 AM

The photographer's invoice lands: $2,200 for last month's shoot. You got 18 usable images. You've used 11. The other 7 show the old packaging.

  5. Friday, 4:15 PM

Your best model — the face your customers actually recognize — just posted a campaign for a competitor. Two years of brand consistency, gone in one Story.

  6. Saturday, 10:30 AM

You spend three hours scheduling next week's posts. By Wednesday you'll have run out again.

  7. Sunday, 8:00 PM

You think about hiring a social media manager. $3,500 a month. For someone who will need a photographer, a model, a designer — and will still ask you what to post.

  8. Monday, 7:14 AM

You open Instagram. Your last post was six days ago.

That's the loop. Every brand is in it.
The ones getting out are doing one thing differently.

The window

Every brand is about to have a face.
Most don't know it yet.

Ten years ago, the brands that got on Instagram early built audiences that late movers never caught up to.

Five years ago, the brands that figured out UGC before it got expensive had the same edge.

This is that moment again.

AI brand models are 18 months from being everywhere. Right now, having one makes your brand look like the future. In two years, not having one will make you look like the past.

The brands that move now get three things late movers never will:

01

A face customers already recognize

By the time everyone else is casting, your model has 18 months of posts, a look people know, and a feed that feels like a person.

02

A content library nobody can copy

Every post compounds. 45 pieces a month × 18 months = 810 pieces with your product, your face, your voice. Late movers start at zero.

03

The format while it still surprises people

Right now an AI model in a feed stops the scroll. That stops being true the day it's normal. The window is the whole advantage.

This is the moment where being early looks like genius and being late looks like everyone else.

The roster

Meet the models.

Ready-to-book faces, locked and consistent. Every one of them can be posting for your brand in a week. Or we build yours from scratch — a face nobody else will ever have.

Zoom in

Most AI faces fail up close. Ours is built for it.

Pores, fine hair, the way light sits on a cheekbone. Move over the portrait and look for yourself. This is the craft the whole studio is built on.

Your month on Autopilot

Here's what your month looks like.

Day 1 · 10 minutes

You open the calendar. Thirty posts, already shot, already captioned, already scheduled. You read through it. You approve it. That's your whole job this month.

Days 2 through 30 · 0 minutes

She posts at peak hours. She answers every comment in her voice. She replies to DMs — "where can I buy this?" gets a link in under a minute, at 3 PM or 3 AM. You don't open Instagram unless you want to see how it's going.

Day 31 · 10 minutes

New calendar. New month. Same face. You approve it.

How it works

Three steps. Then she never stops.

013 to 10 days

Create

Pick a model from the roster or get a custom face built for your brand. Skin you can zoom into. A face that stays the same in every image. Content with your actual product — not a stock bottle that looks like yours.

Connect

One click through Instagram's official login. No passwords, ever. We work through Meta's API — the same infrastructure the professional tools use. You can disconnect any time from your dashboard.

Operate

She posts at peak hours. She answers comments in her own voice. On Autopilot, she handles DMs 24/7 with her personality. You approve one calendar a month. Then you go build the business.

Why AI models

The content industry was built to charge you per piece. We built the opposite.

Cost per piece of content

USD, approximate. Lower is better.

  • Photoshoot~$100

    $2,000 day ÷ ~20 usable pieces

  • UGC creator~$325

    $150–500 per video, midpoint

  • Brand Shoot~$25

    $297 ÷ 12 pieces

  • Autopilot~$13

    $597 ÷ 45 pieces a month

Hover a row for the assumption behind it. Photoshoot and UGC figures are market ranges; HumanSkin figures are list prices.

A photoshoot buys you one day.

A creator buys you one video.

A social media manager buys you someone to remind you that you need a photoshoot and a creator.

HumanSkin buys you a face that works thirty days a month, forever, for less than one shoot.

A photoshoot

$2,000+

per day of content

  • One location, one day
  • Model, photographer, studio, retouching
  • Reshoot every time the product changes
  • The model can sign with anyone tomorrow

A UGC creator

$150–500

per video

  • A different face every campaign
  • Availability, revisions, and ghosting
  • Your product in someone else's feed, someone else's light

HumanSkin

from $297

for 12 pieces with your product

  • Never ages, never cancels, never signs with a competitor
  • Same face, every time, forever
  • Posts every day on your own account
  • On Autopilot: answers every comment and DM, 24/7

Founding Brands · Limited

The first 50 brands lock the Autopilot rate for life.

We're onboarding the first 50 brands on Autopilot at $597/month — and that rate never goes up for them. Not when we add features. Not when we raise prices for everyone else. Not ever.

Why 50? Because every model we build gets our full attention on the skin, and skin is the whole point. We'd rather do 50 brands right than 500 brands fast.

  • Autopilot rate locked at $597/month for life
  • Priority in the build queue (your model ships first)
  • First access to every new format we launch
  • A "Founding Brand" mark on your model's profile, if you want it

Brand-safe by design

Regulators are catching up. We're already there.

We don't hide the AI. We label it, we disclose it, and we build the account so it survives the rules that are coming.

  • Every AI image and video we deliver is labeled as AI-generated, as EU law requires since August 2026.
  • Automated DM replies are disclosed as automated wherever the law asks for it.
  • Operated accounts carry Instagram's AI profile label when it applies.
  • Never a replica of a real person without written consent.

Questions

The things people ask before they buy.

Will people know she's AI?+

Yes. Every image and video is labeled, and the account carries Instagram's AI label where it applies. That's not a limitation, it's the point. Audiences forgive disclosed AI. They don't forgive fake authenticity. And right now, an AI model in a feed stops the scroll precisely because it's new.

Is this legal?+

Yes. Every piece is labeled as AI-generated as EU law requires. Automated replies are disclosed as automated. We never replicate a real person without written consent. We built the account structure to survive the regulation that's coming, not just the rules that exist today.

Will Instagram penalize AI content?+

No. We work through Meta's official API, the same infrastructure professional social tools use. Instagram itself labels AI content; we comply with that instead of hiding from it. Accounts operated this way are compliant by design.

What if I don't like what she posts?+

Nothing goes out without your approval. You see the full calendar before the month starts. You can swap, cut, or reshoot any piece. Once you approve, she runs. If you want to change something mid-month, you message us and it's changed.

Can she actually use my product?+

That's the whole point. Every piece is shot with your real product: your bottle, your packaging, your label. Not a stock lookalike. You send us the product (or the files), we build the content around it.

What happens if I cancel Autopilot?+

You keep everything. Every image, every video, the model itself. She's yours. You just stop the monthly operation. You can restart any time.

How is this different from generating images myself with Midjourney?+

Anyone can make one good AI image. Nobody can make the same face 45 times a month, with your product, in consistent lighting, with skin that survives a zoom, and then post it at peak hours, answer the comments in character, and convert the DMs. That's not an image tool. That's an operation.

How fast can she start posting?+

Brand Shoot: 7 days. Brand Model: 15 days. Brand Ambassador: 20 days. Autopilot starts the day your model is delivered.

P.S.

The math on this page isn't marketing. It's the reason I built this.

I was paying $2,000 for shoots that went stale in two weeks, $400 for creators who put my product in their kitchen for four seconds, and three hours every Saturday scheduling posts I'd run out of by Wednesday.

Now the face posts every day and I don't open Instagram unless I want to.

The only question is whether you want that before or after your competitor does.

— Kerry, HumanSkin
