What counts as a deliverable?
Your proposal distinguishes individual photos, videos, carousel posts and Stories. It also states the number of scheduled publications. A deliverable count is not automatically a daily posting count.
Response coverage
Automated response availability is separate from human support hours. Supported channels, eligible message types, expected response times and escalation arrangements are confirmed before activation.
Cancellation
Cancel under the terms shown at checkout. Those terms explain the notice period, final service date and what happens to scheduled work. Rights to delivered content follow your agreement. Monthly management does not continue after the service ends.

Before you build
Clear answers. Clear expectations.
What is a Digital Worker?+
An AI-generated brand identity with a defined role and an agreed workflow. Depending on your package, that can include producing content, presenting products, scheduled publishing and routine customer responses.
Is this a real person?+
No. The model is AI-generated. We disclose that rather than presenting the identity as a real customer or human creator.
Do I need Autopilot to buy content?+
No. You can purchase a creation package and manage the delivered content yourself. Autopilot is an optional monthly service.
What is the difference between Content and Autopilot?+
Content includes the recurring production, publishing and comment coverage listed in that plan. Autopilot adds the agreed DM response workflow and monthly reporting. Your proposal specifies the exact scope.
Can she use my actual product?+
We build the visuals around your supplied product files and references. The required materials depend on the product and the level of detail. A generated demonstration is not a real-world product test.
Will the face stay consistent?+
Identity consistency is part of the creative review. Approved references guide the work, and visible identity drift is checked during production.
Is the identity exclusive to my brand?+
Not automatically. Roster and custom identities have different terms. Any exclusivity must be specified in your agreement.
What do I own?+
Your agreement defines the rights to delivered content, permitted uses and any identity exclusivity. We make those terms clear before production begins.
Can I approve content before it goes live?+
Yes. Publishing follows the approval workflow agreed for your plan. Changes after approval are handled according to the plan's revision and scheduling terms.
What happens when a customer asks something she cannot answer?+
Questions outside the approved information or permitted actions are flagged or escalated according to the agreed workflow.
Does Autopilot guarantee more sales or followers?+
No. It provides the contracted content and operational support. Sales, reach and audience growth also depend on your offer, audience, distribution and other factors.
How long does setup take?+
The delivery window depends on the identity, package, product assets and feedback required. You receive an estimated schedule in your proposal.
Can I cancel the monthly service?+
Yes, under the cancellation terms shown at checkout. Your agreement explains notice periods, the final service date and rights to delivered work.
What if my brand operates in a regulated category?+
Tell us before production. Some products, claims and workflows require specialist review or may fall outside the service we can provide.
