Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or watching any content on HumanSkin Studios (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use HumanSkin Studios. Some content may have additional age requirements that we will mark inside the Service. If you are under 18, you confirm your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and accepted these Terms on your behalf.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscription & Coins
HumanSkin Studios offers (a) recurring subscriptions that grant unlimited access to the catalog and (b) virtual coins that you can purchase to unlock individual premium episodes. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. Coins are non-refundable once spent and have no monetary value outside the Service.
5. Content Ownership
All series, episodes, scripts, music, thumbnails, posters, and brand elements on HumanSkin Studios are owned by HumanSkin Studios or its licensors and are protected by international copyright law. You receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to stream the content for personal, non-commercial viewing. You may not download, rebroadcast, modify, or redistribute the content.
6. AI-Generated Performers
Some or all on-screen characters on HumanSkin Studios may be portrayed by AI-generated performers. The performers are fictional and do not represent real people. Any resemblance to actual individuals, living or dead, is unintentional.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to: (a) circumvent the paywall or geographic restrictions; (b) attempt to access another user's account; (c) scrape, mirror, or republish any content; (d) use bots or automated tools that interact with the Service; (e) upload abusive, illegal, or harassing content via any comments or community features we may add.
8. Payments
Payments are processed by our third-party payment partners (currently Stripe and/or Lemon Squeezy). You agree to their respective terms when you check out. We never store full credit card numbers on our servers.
9. Cancellation & Refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Coin purchases are final. Subscription refunds may be granted within 7 days of purchase if no paid episode has been watched — see our Refund Policy for details.
10. Service Modifications
We may add, remove, or change features at any time. We will give reasonable notice for material changes that affect paid subscribers.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted streaming, error-free playback, or that the catalog will remain unchanged. Network errors, geographic licensing, and third-party outages are outside our control.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HumanSkin Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid to HumanSkin Studios in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Santiago de Chile, unless a mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction grants you a different forum.
