Refund Policy

Coin Packs

Coin pack purchases are final once any coins from the pack have been spent. If you bought a coin pack by mistake and have not used any of the coins, contact us within 7 days and we will refund the full amount.

Coins themselves are non-monetary and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred between accounts, or recovered after account deletion.

Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep premium access until that date.

Subscription refunds are available within 7 days of purchase provided you have not watched any paid episode using the subscription. After 7 days or if a paid episode has been watched, the subscription is non-refundable.

Bonus & Promotional Coins

Welcome bonuses, daily check-in rewards, watch-to-earn rewards, referral bonuses, and any coins granted as part of a promotion are non-refundable and have no monetary value.

Duplicate or Unauthorized Charges

If you notice a duplicate charge or a transaction you did not authorize, contact us immediately. We will investigate and, if confirmed, issue a full refund through the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

How to Request a Refund

Send us an email at hello@humanskin.ai with the following details:

  • ·The email address on your HumanSkin Studios account
  • ·The transaction date and approximate amount
  • ·A brief reason for the refund request

We review every request within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method.
